Listen then talk

This means you follow instructions given by Management staff and Leading Hands. Stop, listen, and acknowledge you understand, then talk. Always ask questions if you are unsure of anything.

Know what the client wants

This means before you start building a scaffold talk to the client or person in charge on site, before you finish check that the scaffold is what the client requested. Suggest solutions on how to finish build (if needed).

Make it happen

This means become a problem solvers, think outside the square. When the job is tough, think of ways to complete it with whatever gear you have onsite. Get the job done. Work late to finish jobs if necessary.

Demand the best

This means work hard, work safe, follow rules and safety measures in the warehouse and onsite. Be the best you can be every day, don’t be a dickhead. Step outside your comfort zone. Speak up if you see unsafe actions.
